We're Hiring – Customer Service & Administration Officer

The District Council of Peterborough is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Corporate Services team.
This is a part-time position (0.6 FTE) working Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, with the potential for additional hours in the future.
As the first point of contact for our community, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting a diverse range of Council functions, including:
- Customer service and administration
- Tourism administration
- Governance and election support
- Infrastructure administration
- Seasonal swimming pool administration
- Backup payroll and creditors support (training provided)
