The District Council of Peterborough invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from individuals, businesses and organisations wishing to lease office accommodation located within the Peterborough Town Hall at 108 Main Street, Peterborough.
The office is a stand-alone tenancy with its own external access. The successful tenant will have exclusive use of the office space only. Access to the remainder of the Town Hall is not included as part of the lease.

Lease Details
- Initial lease term of 12 months
- Expressions of Interest are to include:
- Proposed weekly rental (plus GST if applicable)
- Intended use of the premises
- Details of the applicant and business/organisation
- Any relevant experience or information supporting the application
Council reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest and is not bound to accept the highest or any proposal received.
