Notice is hereby given that the District Council of Peterborough (“Council”) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the granting of a Grazing Licence over portions of Yongala Parklands (Community Land).
The land comprises the following sections:
- Section 471 (Approx. 8 hectares)
- Northern Portion Section 472 (Approx. 2.56 hectares)
- Section 478 (Approx. 1 hectare)
- Section 467 (Approx. 8.9 hectares)
- Section 473 (Approx. 2.7 hectares)
Applicants may submit an EOI for individual parcels (A, B, C/D, E) or for the land as a whole.
The proposed licence term is one (1) year, subject to conditions including maintenance, stocking management, water usage, and public liability insurance requirements.
📢 Public Consultation
Pursuant to Sections 202 and 223 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA), Council invites written submissions from interested persons in relation to the proposed granting of the grazing licence.
Submissions must be received by 5:00pm Friday, 17 April 2026.
